At Get Set UK, we believe employability is everyone\’s business.As an Employability & Recruitment Advisor, you\’ll help people move into work by coaching them to job-readiness and linking them to live vacancies.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their mark in recruitment, sales, or the employability sector, with the tools, training, and support to grow.
In this role, you will:
Strategic Direction: Understand the goals of your programme and align your daily activity to deliver job outcomes and great employer matches
Deliver Results: Support candidates into work, from CV support to job search and interview prep, you\’ll be outcome-focused every step of the way
People & Communication: Build trust with participants, communicate clearly with employers, and stay on top of your follow-ups and candidate updates
Get It Right: Accurately record your activity and candidate progress, following our processes and supporting compliance
Business Acumen: Understand what local employers need and work to match candidates to the right opportunities, always thinking commercially and practically
This role is ideal for someone with early experience in sales, recruitment, account management, someone who\’s ready to take ownership, be part of a mission-led team, and build a career in the sector.
