We are looking for an Employability & Skills Team Manager to lead our team of Employment Advisors in delivering high-quality services. You\’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by supporting clients into sustainable employment while guiding your team to meet performance and quality targets. Your impact:
Lead and Mentor: Supervise a team of Employment Advisors, guiding them to success through regular coaching, performance reviews, and support.
Performance Management: Ensure your team meets performance, compliance, and quality KPIs across all employment services.
Client Engagement: Oversee client progress, ensuring tailored support for each individual on their employment journey.
Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain partnerships with employers, Job Centres, training providers, and community organisations.
In-Work Support: Manage post-employment support to help clients stay in work and thrive.
Data and Compliance: Ensure accurate client records and adherence to legal and contractual standards.
Promote Services: Advocate for Get Set UK\’s values across external partnerships and the local community.
