We’re now looking for a Quality & Compliance Officer to join our team – someone who will champion operational excellence, drive continuous improvement and uphold the integrity of our delivery across contracts. Responsibilities and ImpactAs a Quality & Compliance Officer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring we consistently deliver services that are not only contractually compliant but truly exceptional. You will carry out audits, provide feedback and collaborate with delivery teams to embed high standards and accountability. By using data, insight and influence, you will help us continuously evolve and improve the way we work – enabling even greater impact in the communities we serve.
Qualifications- Audit and compliance experience across contracts, services or regulatory frameworks
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify trends, issues and improvements
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence others positively
- Ability to train and guide staff on compliance standards and improvement areas
- Great time‑management and organisational skills
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and digital systems for audit and reporting
- Knowledge of employability, education, training or community‑based services is highly desirable
