Get Set UK is seeking a Cluster Manager to lead Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) delivery across Hollesley Bay, Warren Hill and Chelmsford.
You will manage, coach and develop CIAG Advisors, drive performance against targets and ensure services are delivered safely, consistently and to a high standard.
Regular travel across the cluster is expected with about 20% frontline CIAG activity alongside your team to maintain strong practice and support continuous improvement.
