Training exists, but often doesn't connect to real job outcomes. As a Recruitment Consultant Skills, Training & Employment at Get Set UK, you're the bridge. You'll bring employers, training, and people together - and you'll see the results of your work in real job starts, changed lives, and successful employer partnerships. This is a fast-paced, people-facing, outcome-driven role where your energy and presence matter.
What you’ll be doing:
- Engage and motivate large groups. Deliver employer-led sessions inside Jobcentre Plus to 20-60 people at a time. Present sector insights, live vacancies, training routes and job opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with Work Coaches and JCP leaders.
- Build employer partnerships. Win and grow employer relationships across key sectors. Generate a steady pipeline of vacancies, interviews and job starts. Promote training routes that lead directly into work. Represent Get Set with employers, partners and at events.
- Drive performance and results. Hit monthly KPIs across vacancies, interviews, job starts and sustained outcomes. Manage a structured, accurate pipeline. Forecast and plan ahead to keep performance strong. Move fast, solve problems, keep momentum.
- Support people into sustainable employment. Provide pre-interview and post-offer support. Prepare people for sector expectations, interviews and early employment. Work with tutors and internal teams to ensure readiness. Stay invested in the participant's journey end-to-end.

Essential Experience:
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience.
- A strong track record of hitting performance targets.
- Confidence presenting to large groups (20 - 60 people).
- Strong pipeline and CRM management in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of labour market needs across multiple sectors.
Desirable:
- Recruitment experience or experience generating interviews and job starts.
- Experience in Skills & Training programmes (AEB, Bootcamps, ASF, FCFJ, Apprenticeships, Traineeships).
- Experience working with Jobcentre Plus, ideally delivering group sessions onsite.
- Experience in employment and skills programmes like Restart, JETS, FCFJ.
- Knowledge of key sectors (Hospitality, Construction, Education, Digital, Health & Social Care, Security).
