You will work with NHS clinical teams to help people with serious mental illness find meaningful paid employment and sustain it, with a focus on rapid job search, personalised profiling and ongoing in-work support.
The role requires engaging employers, visiting communities and maintaining accurate records within a person-centred recovery framework.
