About the Role
This is a frontline employability role focused on job outcomes. You will manage a structured caseload, support individuals to become work ready and work directly with employers to generate live vacancies. Success is measured by people starting work and sustaining employment. This is an office-based, full-time role. It is not home-based.

What You Will Do
- Manage a structured caseload with clear job outcome expectations
- Deliver focused one-to-one appointments aimed at moving people into work
- Provide CV writing, application and interview preparation to employer standard
- Coach professional behaviours such as punctuality, preparation and attendance
- Proactively engage local employers to generate live vacancies
- Promote job-ready candidates and match them to suitable roles
- Drive applications, interviews, job starts and sustained outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records on CRM systems
- Meet safeguarding, compliance and data security requirements

A Day in the Role
Your day may start with back-to-back customer appointments focused on applications and interview preparation. You may then speak to or visit employers to discuss vacancies. The afternoon could include supporting interviews, updating records and following up on job offers. Some days will feel fast-paced. Progress is not always immediate, but consistency matters.
