As an Employability Recruitment Consultant you’ll be the bridge between local and national employers and the people we support into work. You will identify hiring needs, build relationships, promote our services, and create real job opportunities for participants facing barriers to employment. This is a sales and relationship-led role.

What You’ll Do
- Drive Employer Engagement & B2B Sales
- Prospect new employers through outbound calls, emails, meetings, networking, and local research
- Sell the benefits of working with Get Set UK and our participant talent pool
- Build long term relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Create new job leads and convert them into vacancies
Understand Employer Needs
- Gather detailed insights into roles, culture, and workforce challenges
- Advise employers on recruitment solutions
- Present candidates confidently and professionally
Collaborate With Internal Teams
- Work closely with Employment Advisors to match participants to roles
- Provide insight on labour market trends and employer expectations
- Support colleagues with understanding job requirements
Manage & Report on Activity
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Track targets, pipeline, outreach activity, and conversions
- Deliver against monthly vacancy and employer engagement targets
