  • Teaching qualification: A recognised teaching qualification in line with ES Circular 01/12.
  • Accredited delivery experience: Experience delivering Essential Skills ICT or similar accredited digital qualifications.

  • Digital confidence: Ability to translate digital skills into practical workplace relevance.
  • Learner engagement: Ability to build confidence while maintaining expectations and standards.
  • Safeguarding awareness: Commitment to safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Essential qualifications: GCSE (A–C) or equivalent in English and Maths (or Level 2 Essential Skills)
