Get Set for leading Apprenticeship Growth
Location: Basildon (Hybrid) | Contract: FT 35hrs PW, Monday to Friday | Salary: £45,000 – £53,000 plus OTE of up to £70,000

This role aims to address those needs.
The Role
This is an Apprenticeship Sales Manager role with purpose. You’ll drive the growth of our apprenticeship provision, expanding employer partnerships, building new relationships, and leading a motivated sales and account management team to deliver real results. You’ll collaborate closely with the Apprenticeship Delivery Manager to bring new apprenticeship standards to life across sectors such as construction, people services, and logistics.
- Lead and inspire your team. Drive performance and accountability, providing coaching and motivation to achieve ambitious apprenticeship start and revenue targets.
- Develop key accounts. Build and nurture employer partnerships that create lasting apprenticeship opportunities across new sectors and regions.
- Grow partnerships. Engage with employers, stakeholders, and local businesses to understand workforce needs and promote apprenticeship solutions.
- Support mobilisation. Work with delivery leaders to launch new apprenticeship standards, contracts, and delivery sites.
- Drive performance. Lead team meetings, track KPIs, and implement SMART action plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Champion compliance. Ensure that all apprenticeship activity meets funding and regulatory standards, working with Quality and Compliance colleagues to embed best practice.
- Collaborate widely. Partner with Employment Relations Managers and external providers to maximise reach and impact.
- Report success. Produce and present management reports that highlight progress, challenges, and results.
