About the Role

This Administrator Apprentice role sits at the heart of our office. You are often the first person clients speak to and the first face they see. Your work helps the RESTART team focus on what they do best: supporting people to move forward, build confidence and make progress. This is an entry point into a professional administrative career, with real responsibility from day one and structured learning alongside your role.

You will work in a busy, people-focused office. Visitors arrive throughout the day. Phones ring regularly. Priorities can change quickly. Structure keeps things moving.

What You Will Do

  • Act as front of house for the office
  • Welcome visitors and manage reception professionally
  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to clients
  • Handle correspondence, scanning, filing and document management
  • Support the RESTART team with day-to-day administration
  • Schedule appointments and manage team diaries
  • Provide basic Information, Advice and Guidance when appropriate
  • Keep records accurate and up to date
