Get Set UK is seeking an Adult Skills Customer Service Apprentice to support learner recruitment and onboarding. You will assist enrolment officers and the delivery team, helping meet recruitment targets and ensuring compliant enrolment of learners.
Your responsibilities include:
- Communicating with potential learners to support their application process and follow-up post-completion.
- Assisting learners in selecting suitable programs aligned with their long-term goals.
- Supporting the sign-up and onboarding process with teams across the organization.
