We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administration Coordinator who can bring order, efficiency, and a calm head to a dynamic, remote-working team. If you love being the glue that keeps everything running smoothly, this could be the role for you.
This is a part time role, 3 days a week, during term-time only. The salary listed will be pro rata.
Your impact:
As our Administration Coordinator, you’ll support operations across every part of the business – from contract management to invoice tracking, to event logistics. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our programmes are delivered smoothly and our customers experience excellence at every stage.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Contract Management : Creating, issuing, and tracking customer contracts and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Invoice Support : Monitoring and managing invoice processes, liaising with finance teams to ensure timely payments.
- Subscription & Customer Setup : Handling subscription details for our careers programmes, ensuring accurate setup and delivery.
- Training & Event Coordination : Organising both in-person and virtual training logistics, including booking venues, sending invites, and tech setup.
- Cross-Team Admin Support : Supporting multiple team members with day-to-day admin to keep projects on track.
- Records & Data Management : Maintaining organised files and systems to support smooth reporting and access.
- Internal & External Communications : Acting as a professional, efficient point of contact for both staff and customers.
