Your Impact: As a Quality & Compliance Officer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring we consistently deliver services that are not only contractually compliant but truly exceptional. Responsibilities:

- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and organizational learning.
- Support the development and maintenance of quality frameworks and improvement plans.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders and facilitate action.

You will Bring:
- Audit and compliance experience across contracts, services, or regulatory frameworks.

- Ability to train and guide staff on compliance standards and improvement areas.
- Great time management and organisational skills.
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and digital systems for audit and reporting.
- Knowledge of employability, education, training or community-based services is highly desirable.
