Get Set UK is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support people with serious mental illness into competitive paid work. You will work with NHS clinical teams, complete profiles, support applications and interviews, and engage employers to uncover opportunities across Mid Essex.
You will travel daily to community, clinical and employer sites, maintain case notes, and contribute to a high-quality IPS service while building strong relationships with participants and colleagues.
