As an Employer Relationships Manager, you will work directly with employers to secure vacancies that match real people, real capability and real progression. When it works well, employers come back. This is not a networking role. It is about follow‑through. You will be measured on job starts, sustainment and the quality of your employer pipeline. You will need to balance employer expectations with participant reality. Some conversations are easy. Others require resilience, clarity and honest challenge. You will work closely with Employment Advisors and delivery teams to make matches that work for everyone.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage a live portfolio of employer relationships
