At Get Set UK, we support hundreds of employees and thousands of participants across the UK. Behind every successful People Team is a highly organised HR Administrator who keeps information accurate, processes moving and records audit‑ready. This is a remote role working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You will also be required to travel to our London Head Office on a regular basis for team meetings, training and business requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Producing contracts, letters and HR documentation
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Processing employee lifecycle changes including starters, leavers and contractual changes
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and compliance activity
  • Managing HR inbox queries and responding appropriately
  • Producing reports and analysing people data
  • Supporting audits and compliance checks
  • Working closely with HR colleagues, managers and employees
  • Ensuring all records remain accurate, compliant and up to date

A Typical Day Might Include

  • Producing contracts for new starters
  • Updating employee records following contractual changes
  • Preparing reports for HR and senior leaders
  • Checking right to work and compliance documentation
  • Responding to employee and manager queries
  • Reviewing records to ensure audit compliance

  • Supporting a busy HR or People Team
  • Working within organisations of approximately 200+ employees
  • Maintaining HR systems and employee records
  • Good understanding of UK employment legislation and HR processes
  • Producing accurate reports and handling people data

This role is not suitable for candidates seeking an entry‑level HR opportunity. We are looking for someone who already has experience working within a HR or People function and can confidently manage HR administration responsibilities with minimal supervision.
