You will work closely with Employment Advisors and delivery teams to make matches that work for everyone.

  • Build and manage a live portfolio of employer relationships
  • Proactively generate vacancies aligned to local labour market demand
  • Secure job opportunities that participants can realistically sustain
  • Shape employer‑led recruitment activity and volume hiring where required
