You are often the first person clients speak to and the first face they see. Your work helps the RESTART team focus on what they do best: supporting people to move forward, build confidence and make progress. This is an entry point into a professional administrative career, with real responsibility from day one and structured learning alongside your role.

What You Will Do

  • Act as front of house for the office
  • Welcome visitors and manage reception professionally
  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to clients
  • Handle correspondence, scanning, filing and document management
  • Support the RESTART team with day‑to‑day administration
  • Schedule appointments and manage team diaries
  • Provide basic Information, Advice and Guidance when appropriate
  • Keep records accurate and up to date
