Key Responsibilities / Duties and Responsibilities
Content development:
- Create engaging, curriculum-aligned music lesson plans and classroom resources.
- Create music CPD tutorials for our network of educators.
- Produce compelling digital content, including social media posts and newsletters that reflect our mission and resonate with primary educators.
Customer service and support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to clients through phone, email, and zoom addressing enquiries about our products and services.
- Assist new schools with onboarding and training to help them effectively utilise our platform.
- Deliver engaging product demos, answer customer questions, and gather feedback to support continuous improvement.
Conference attendance and representation:
- Attend and represent Get Set 4 Education at educational conferences, workshops and events.
- Plan and deliver impactful CPD sessions to teachers.
- Network with school leaders, decision-makers, and education influencers to grow awareness of our service.
- Plan, set-up, and deliver at events and exhibits.
