Recruitment Resourcer Responsibilities: Utilise various recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media to source and attract candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates. Assist Recruitment Consultants in matching candidates to job vacancies. Provide support in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement. Collaborate closely with the team to share market insights and identify recruitment trends. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database. Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.Recruitment Resourcer Experience Requirements: Current experience in recruitment or resourcing, within a specialist recruitment agency. Familiarity with recruitment technology and platforms. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a genuine passion for recruitment. Competitive salary of up to £26,000 and an uncapped commission structure that rewards your success.
