We are seeking a highly capable operations-led professional to take ownership of the day-to-day running of a complex, customer-facing site. This role sits at the heart of the operation and is responsible for ensuring that people, processes, facilities, and customer experience all work seamlessly together. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong understanding of how a site functions operationally.
The Role:
- Take full ownership of daily site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-coordinated delivery across all areas.
