This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Lead Generation Executive who enjoys researching new opportunities, qualifying prospects and creating valuable introductions for a high-performing sales team. THE LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE ROLE: As the Lead Generation Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, generating qualified leads and building a consistent pipeline of opportunities for the Sales team. Working closely with the commercial team, the Lead Generation Executive will research target markets, conduct outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities through effective questioning and ensure a smooth handover of sales-ready leads. You'll utilise CRM systems and lead generation tools to manage activity, monitor performance and continuously improve results. THE PERSON: Previous experience as a Lead Generation Executive or within a lead generation, outbound sales or business development role. Experience identifying, researching and qualifying B2B sales opportunities. Excellent communication, relationship-building and questioning skills. Experience using CRM systems and lead generation platforms. A proactive, target-driven approach with the ability to work towards KPIs. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities. A motivated, resilient and ambitious attitude with a passion for generating new business.
