This role has come about due to continued growth within a long-established, independent insurance brokerage. The business has a strong presence in the region and is now looking to add an experienced Commercial Account Handler to the Sheffield team.

Overview
What You\βll Be Walking Into
You\βll take ownership of a varied portfolio of commercial clients, working across multiple classes including property, liability, and motor. The role covers the full servicing cycle, from renewals and MTAs through to documentation and day-to-day client queries.
You\βll deal directly with insurers to negotiate terms, keep records up to date on Acturis, and make sure clients understand their cover and feel properly looked after. The focus is on accuracy, consistency, and building long-term client relationships rather than rushing volume.
Hybrid working is in place, with a mix of office and home working once you\βre settled into the role.
