Commercial Account Handler | Manchester | £30,000- £40,000 | Hybrid

This well-established independent brokerage, backed by a national group, is on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to step into a ready-made book. It's a hands-on role supporting senior Execs across a £200k income portfolio, predominantly SME and lower mid-market clients, with policies typically generating between £2,000 and £5,000 in income.

The Role
You'll manage renewals, MTAs and day-to-day servicing, working closely with Account Executives to prepare pre-renewal reports, handle insurer queries, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be client-facing, trusted, and supported every step of the way.

What You'll Need

  • At least 2 years' experience in commercial broking
  • Strong cross-class knowledge (property, liability, motor, etc.)
  • Confidence working across SME and mid-market clients
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in supporting your Execs
