MEDICAL SALES TERRITORY MANAGER, £35,000 - £50,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE + COMMISSIONS TERRITORY: WALES, WEST MIDLANDS & SOUTHWEST IDEAL LOCATION: BRISTOL / SURROUNDING AREAS The Opportunity We're recruiting for an exciting Medical Sales Territory Manager opportunity with an established and growing medical device business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven, relationship-focused sales professional to take ownership of an established territory covering Wales, the West Midlands and Southwest England.
You'll be responsible for developing existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities across the region.
Working closely with healthcare professionals, you'll build long-term relationships, understand customer requirements and provide solutions that deliver genuine clinical and commercial value.
Previous medical device sales experience would be advantageous, although we're equally interested in strong sales professionals who can demonstrate the drive, commercial awareness and relationship-building ability to succeed within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities * Manage and develop an established sales territory across Wales, the West Midlands and Southwest. * Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders. * Identify and convert new business opportunities across the territory. * Achieve and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets. * Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. * Manage your sales pipeline effectively and provide accurate forecasts. * Deliver product demonstrations, training and ongoing support to healthcare professionals. * Develop your knowledge of the company's product portfolio and relevant clinical applications. * Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events. * Work autonomously across your territory while collaborating with the wider UK sales team.
