Overview
In this Regional Account Manager role, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts across your region. You’ll work with an established internal team to focus on high-impact, face-to-face engagement and new revenue opportunities. You’ll identify opportunities within accounts, expand product penetration, and drive regional revenue growth. You will manage your territory end-to-end, building robust stakeholder relationships and presenting innovative solutions. Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a regional portfolio of customer accounts
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase spend and expand into new product categories
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings, strategic reviews and presentations
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer organisations
- Understand customers' operations, challenges and future requirements to identify commercial opportunities
- Present new products, solutions and innovations to customers
- Support larger commercial opportunities with a face-to-face approach
- Collaborate with Internal Account Managers to create joined-up account growth plans
- Use CRM, customer data and spend patterns to identify gaps and prioritise opportunities
- Produce professional presentations, reports and strategic account reviews
- Manage your own diary, territory and customer activity effectively
