ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - CORPORATE FINANCEMANCHESTERUP TO 80,000 + GREAT BENEFITSTHE OPPORTUNITYAn expanding Corporate Finance team is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director to take a prominent role in delivering transactions and supporting the continued growth of the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Corporate Finance professional seeking greater responsibility, a clear route for progression and the opportunity to influence the future development of a growing team. THE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ROLELead Corporate Finance transactions from initial engagement through to completion. Manage predominantly sell-side transactions, including private equity-backed deals. Build trusted relationships with shareholders, management teams, investors and professional advisers. Contribute to commercial and legal negotiations throughout the transaction. Produce and review financial valuations, modelling and investor returns analysis. Build a network of private equity, legal, banking and wider professional contacts. Support Partners and Directors with the wider growth strategy for Corporate Finance. ABOUT YOUACA, ACCA, CFQ or equivalently qualified. Several years' experience within Corporate Finance. Strong sell-side transaction experience, ideally including private equity exposure. Experienced in managing due diligence processes and working with legal and commercial advisers. Strong financial analysis, valuation and modelling capability. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage competing deal deadlines. An established or developing network of professional contacts.
