A rapidly growing Cyber Security business is expanding its commercial team and looking to appoint an experienced UK & EMEA Channel Manager to take ownership of their partner ecosystem across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Channel Manager who has built strong relationships across the Cyber Security channel and thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

You will play a key role in developing and growing a network of value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, MSPs and strategic technology partners, helping to drive partner-generated revenue across the UK and Europe.

THE CHANNEL MANAGER ROLE:

  • Recruiting, developing and managing strategic channel partners across the UK and EMEA
  • Managing and growing relationships with existing VARs, distributors, MSPs and technology partners
  • Driving partner-generated pipeline and revenue against agreed commercial targets
  • Creating and executing partner business plans to maximise growth opportunities
  • Delivering partner onboarding, enablement programmes and ongoing engagement initiatives
  • Working closely with the marketing team on joint campaigns, events and demand generation activity
  • Identifying new partner opportunities across target markets and expanding the partner network
  • Building strong executive-level relationships with key channel partners
  • Collaborating with internal sales and technical teams to maximise partner success
  • Monitoring partner performance, forecasting pipeline and reporting against KPIs

THE PERSON:

  • Current or previous experience as a Channel Manager, Partner Manager, Alliance Manager or similar within the Cyber Security industry
  • At least 5 years' experience building and managing channel partnerships
  • Proven experience working with security-focused VARs, distributors, MSPs and strategic technology partners across the UK and Europe
  • Demonstrable success recruiting, enabling and growing channel partners to generate measurable revenue
  • Experience developing partner business plans, enablement programmes and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of the Cyber Security market, ideally within endpoint security, network security, data security or related enterprise security solutions
  • Commercially driven with excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys building channels within a high-growth technology business
  • Comfortable operating autonomously whilst working collaboratively across sales, marketing and technical teams
