Commercial Account Executive - Tadcaster - £40,000 - £70,000 Join a fiercely independent specialist brokerage in Tadcaster and build a career, and a book, on your own terms. This is a role for an experienced Account Executive who wants genuine autonomy over how they work and what they work on. You'll inherit an existing client base, grow it in the right way, and have the flexibility to tailor your new business focus around your own specialism - whether that's commercial SME, rural or HNW/UHNW private clients. Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 depending on experience Location: Tadcaster Working pattern: Office based, but flexible What you'll be doing Managing and developing an existing book of clients across commercial, rural and private client lines Generating new business and building long-term client relationships - at the right pace, in the right way Delivering professional, tailored advice that genuinely adds value and exceeds client expectations Complying with FCA requirements and conducting yourself with due diligence throughout Working as a key part of a small, close-knit team with strong cultural valuesWhat they're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience as a Commercial Account Executive Cert CII qualified or above Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships Organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure Acturis experience beneficial but not essential Self-motivated and genuinely hungry to grow a book the right wayWhy this role?
