This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to develop their analytical, commercial and consulting skills, with structured training and a clear progression pathway into a Management Consultant role. Typically Monday to Thursday on client sites with Fridays working remotely. This would be a good opportunity for an Analyst, Business Analyst, Graduate Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, Consulting Analyst, Junior Consultant, Graduate Analyst t or Trainee Analyst. Analyse business processes, operational data and management systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct on-site observations, process mapping and performance assessments. Support the delivery of business transformation and operational improvement projects. Monitor project performance and contribute to delivering measurable, sustainable results. Participate in structured training and development to build your consulting expertise. Previous exposure to a business environment through employment, internships, placements or work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in business improvement. Comfortable travelling regularly to client sites across the UK. Ideally holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a car.
