As you develop, the size and complexity of the risks you handle will increase over time. The client base is varied and engaging, and the role offers a mix of independent work and collaboration with the wider team. You'll be involved in renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day client servicing, building relationships and delivering a consistent, professional service. Hybrid working is in place, with two days per week in the office and the remainder from home.
