Administrator – Property Administrator

Get Recruited is working with a highly reputable and award-winning law firm and is on the lookout for a Legal Administrator to join their busy and successful team in their head office in Oldham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator who has previously worked within a legal environment (or studied law), to manage important documents, bundles, letters, and billing information for a large and supportive head office department.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of files, including onboarding checks and paperwork.
- Assist with payments on accounts.
- Obtain ID checks using case management systems.
- Manage calls and emails for the department.
- Obtain documents for land registry.
- Assist with transaction documents for Fee Earners.
- Make appointments, arrange meetings, and maintain an up-to-date diary where required.
- Assist with opening and closing files.
- Prepare documents for correspondence.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a Legal Administrator.
- Ambitious and enthusiastic individual.
- Experience with LEAP systems or similar case management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new systems.
