Job Description Professional & Financial Risks Account Executive - London - Hybrid - Six Figure PackageJoin a specialist broker at the heart of the London market and take ownership of a ProFin book that gives you real scope to grow - with direct access to Lloyd's, composites and emerging markets. You'll work across PI, D&O and Cyber for a broad range of clients including financial institutions, broking directly into Lloyd's and composite insurers where needed - with the technical depth and market access to deliver for even the most complex risks. HybridWhat you'll be doingManaging and growing an existing book of ProFin clients across PI, D&O and CyberBroking risks directly into Lloyd's, composite insurers and MGAsProspecting and securing new clients to agreed targetsAttending client meetings and building confidence through strong product knowledgeWorking with underwriters to adapt and tailor policy wordingsPreparing MRC slips and managing all stages of the insurance processSupporting the claims team on ProFin matters as requiredProviding technical mentoring and support to colleagues within the ProFin teamEnsuring FCA compliance and adherence to internal procedures throughoutWhat they're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience in a PI team - across both large and small clientsProven track record in new business development and client retentionHighly competent in the use of PPLExperience preparing MRC slipsStrong working knowledge of Lloyd's and the broader London marketProficient in Microsoft 365An effective communicator at all levels - written and verbalComfortable managing multiple priorities and working to targets and budgetsWhy this role?
