THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business within the retail industry who, due to expansion, is looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to join their team. They are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to kickstart a career in sales and help drive company sales.
THE ROLE:
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Assist sales executives to achieve their sales targets with all aspects of the sales process.
- Attend networking events.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain and update the company database.
- Get involved in product launches and assist with marketing activities such as social media and website management.
THE PERSON:
- Must be a confident, self-motivated, target-driven individual.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
