They are now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, while delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction through to post-completion
  • Drafting legal documentation and issuing contracts
  • Conducting searches and reporting findings to clients clearly and effectively
  • Managing compliance processes
