THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're partnering with a well-established business in Salford that is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant on an immediate temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Purchase Ledger experience and Xero knowledge who can hit the ground running.
The role will involve managing high volumes of purchase invoices, supplier payments, sales ledger transactions and month-end reconciliations, whilst helping to clear an existing backlog.
THE PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK / ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT ROLE:
Processing high volumes of purchase invoices using Xero, ensuring accurate coding, matching and authorisation
Managing the purchase ledger from invoice receipt through to supplier
