We are working with a global business with a small, relaxed London office in Clapham, looking to hire a Campaign Marketing Executive to help them elevate their campaigns in 2025.

They have been using Salesforce (including Account Engagement/Pardot) for the last 18 months, they have made good progress but want someone who really understands how to get the most from it. Someone who can segment data, build automations, measure campaign performance, and generally help the team become more confident and consistent with their use of the platform.

If you are confident working on Salesforce and have experience in a Campaign Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Email Marketing Executive, CRM Executive or similar Campaign focused role, this opportunity could be for you!

The Role

  • Supporting four main offices globally, helping to send regular email campaigns and lead generation activity (fortnightly campaigns at present)
  • Setting up lists and data segmentation in Salesforce to maximise campaign efficiency
  • Creating and scheduling email campaigns to the identified lists
  • Running regular reports and analysis on campaigns to implement continuous improvements and drive lead numbers
  • Taking copy from internal colleagues and formatting it for multichannel content

This is a broad digital role for someone who enjoys a mix of campaign management, marketing automation, and creative design.

The Person

  • Must have experience in a Campaign Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Email Marketing Executive, CRM Executive or similar Campaign focused role
  • Confident to set up and manage email campaigns through Salesforce
  • Experience in managing list building and campaigns from cradle to grave

The Setup

  • Hybrid: 3 days in the Clapham office, 2 days from home (may move to 4 in-office longer term)
  • Global business with around 450 employees
  • Supportive, relaxed London team environment
