A highly motivated, outbound-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) is needed for an established and growing software business. This role is open to candidates who are fluent in English and either French or German.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Confidently introducing the company and its software solutions to new prospects
- Handling objections effectively and creating interest quickly during calls
- Following up professionally across multiple touchpoints to nurture engagement
- Qualifying leads against agreed criteria and booking demos for the sales team
- Clearly communicating the value proposition to prospective B2B customers
- Maintaining accurate records of activity and outcomes within the CRM
- Attending networking events to generate opportunities and increase brand awareness
The ideal candidate will be:
