This is a role for an experienced commercial handler who thrives in a close-knit environment and takes pride in looking after clients properly. You'll be supporting an established and growing book of commercial clients, with the backing of a small, friendly team that genuinely values the relationships it's built.
Salary: Up to Β£35,000
Location: Edinburgh
Working pattern: Office based
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the team with renewals, MTAs and day-to-day commercial client servicing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with an established client base
- Liaising with insurers to obtain terms and confirm cover
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring FCA compliance throughout
- Contributing to a small, collaborative team with a strong service ethos

- A strong communicator with clients and colleagues alike
- CII qualifications beneficial but not essential
