We are hiring for one of our clients seeking experienced finance professionals to support the evaluation and improvement of conversational AI systems used in financial contexts. This role focuses on reviewing, assessing, and improving AI-generated responses to finance-related queries to ensure accuracy, sound reasoning, and clear professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to finance-related questions
- Assess factual accuracy, quantitative reasoning, clarity, and tone
- Identify errors, gaps, or weak assumptions in model outputs
- Provide structured feedback and annotations following defined evaluation guidelines
- Apply consistent quality standards using established benchmarks and rubrics
- Contribute to improving AI system performance in real-world financial use cases
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in finance or a related field
- Relevant academic background (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar)
- Experience in one or more areas such as investment banking, corporate finance, accounting, or asset management
- Strong written communication skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Familiarity with large language models and their practical use cases
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI evaluation, RLHF, or data annotation
- Background in financial writing or editorial review
