Overall Purpose
The purpose of this role is to lead and contribute strategic creative thinking, alongside delivering hands-on design expertise, to develop high-quality brand and marketing materials across Get Living and its portfolio. The role is instrumental in shaping and executing creative solutions that support both central brand initiatives and neighbourhood-specific needs, contributing to the effective delivery of marketing, operational and brand objectives.

- Internal: Neighbourhood Director, Resident Experience Director, Marketing Team, Neighbourhood/General Managers, Development and Real Estates Team and other Business Support Functions.
- External: Freelance photographers and videographers, third-party printers and signage companies.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Deliver high-quality, hands-on design outputs across digital, video and print channels, including marketing collateral, digital assets, video content, environmental graphics (vinyls, wayfinding, signage, hoarding), presentations and internal communications.
- Ensure consistent application and governance of Get Living’s brand identity, alongside individual neighbourhood brands, across all touchpoints.
- Support the creation, rollout and evolution of neighbourhood brands, contributing to wider brand-led and placemaking initiatives across the portfolio.
- Manage and prioritise the end-to-end design workflow, taking ownership of incoming requests, timelines and delivery to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Oversee projects from concept through to final production and installation, liaising with external suppliers to ensure quality and accuracy of execution.
- Conduct regular creative reviews to maintain high standards of design quality, consistency and effectiveness across all outputs.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to interpret business needs and translate them into clear, actionable and commercially effective creative solutions.
- Present design concepts and clearly articulate the rationale behind creative decisions to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members or freelancers where required, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
- Maintain and develop brand assets, templates and guidelines to support efficient and consistent delivery.
- Support leasing, marketing and resident engagement activity through impactful and on-brand creative output.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve creative processes, output and brand impact.
Experience and Skills Required
- Proven experience in a graphic design or design management role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating delivery of high-quality, multi-channel design projects.
- Extensive experience creating design work across digital, social and print platforms, with a strong understanding of channel-specific requirements and best practice.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (additional motion/video tools advantageous).
- Strong understanding of brand governance, with the ability to apply and maintain consistency across multiple brands and touchpoints.
- Experience supporting marketing, brand and placemaking initiatives, ideally within property, hospitality or a customer-focused environment.
- Hands-on experience creating and editing video content for digital channels.
- Solid working knowledge of print production processes, materials and file setup, with the ability to manage work through to final output.
- Experience managing external agencies, freelancers and production suppliers to deliver high-quality creative work (desirable).
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
