About the role: This is a key construction project management role within Get Living, primarily involved in the internal and external fire / compartmentation remediation of the East Village buildings.
Key Accountabilities:
- Working with internal stakeholders to procure new surveys, inspections, and small scope internal remediation and fitout works from third party providers.
- Monitoring, co-ordinating and contributing to the design and construction of remediation works being delivered by third party providers.
- Providing ad-hoc construction, procurement and development expertise and advice to colleagues across the business.
- Managing the inception, design, procurement and delivery of fit out, public realm and small works projects elsewhere within Get Living’s existing portfolio.

- A professional with minimum five years PQE project management skills to represent both Get Living and our stakeholders.
