About the Role
Exciting opportunity for someone passionate about property and building communities to be a member of the team at our brand new Leatherhead neighbourhood in the beautiful Surrey Hills.
As a Resident Manager you will be motivated to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for all residents. The team are preparing the neighbourhood for what will be an exciting period of showcasing and leasing up our new apartments. You will drive the Get Living promise of delivering an excellent resident living experience for our clients.
You will ensure neighbourhoods are prepared to a high standard for viewings and occupancy. The Resident Managers will be the primary customer facing representatives for all residents, colleagues, couriers and contractors. They will ensure that current and prospective residents enjoy an exemplary experience from first enquiry, to move-in, through to an enduring and sustained residency experience thereafter.
