This role will take ownership of the instructor recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring trainers are hired efficiently, inducted properly and remain fully compliant with all required certifications and documentation.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for instructors and trainers
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding and inductions
  • Ensure instructor files, certifications and licences are up to date
  • Track expiry dates for qualifications and compliance documents
  • Support training, refresher courses and instructor communications
  • Maintain recruitment and compliance records accurately
  • Work closely with Operations and Training team on staffing requirements
  • Assist with general HR and people operations tasks where required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, onboarding or people operations
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience using spreadsheets and digital systems
  • Experience within training, education or compliance environments is a bonus

Working Pattern:

This will be a Hybrid role (3 days in our office, 2 days working from home).
