About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile Email Marketing & Campaign Coordinator to lead both our B2C and B2B email strategies.
This is a hands on role split between driving retention, CRM, and lifecycle marketing for our consumer audiences, while also managing high impact B2B email campaigns that support lead generation across sectors such as PBSA, BTR, boutique hotels, and care environments.

- B2C Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive email strategies aligned with broader CRM and retention goals.
- Build, manage, and optimise automated workflows (welcome series, abandonment flows, re-engagement, etc.) in Klaviyo.
- Deliver flows and campaigns to nurture inactive contacts, keeping them warm and engaged with the brand with the view of delivering future revenue.
- Deliver list building initiatives while ensuring subscriber health and GDPR compliance.
- Create advanced segmentation models and data led personalisation to maximise engagement.
- Own campaign planning, briefing, setup, testing, and execution.
- Track KPIs (deliverability, open/click rates, conversions, ROI), report regularly, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure email campaigns are on brand, well designed, and driving measurable results.
- B2B Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and execute targeted B2B campaigns aimed at key decision-makers in contract furniture sectors.
- Design and manage prospecting workflows and automations to nurture and qualify leads.
- Work alongside the Commercial Sales Manager to ensure seamless lead qualification and CRM handoff.
- Monitor and optimise performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions, pipeline impact), ensuring CRM accuracy.
- Conduct supplementary outreach via Linked In and phone when required.
- Research new business opportunities and maintain accurate records of outreach activity and progress.
- Maintain a continuous test and learn approach, reporting on the effectiveness of email marketing efforts, striving to improve outcomes across the B2B arm of the business.
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands on experience with email automation platforms (ideally Klaviyo, Hub Spot, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage end to end campaign delivery (strategy, build, test, optimise, report).
- Commercially minded with an understanding of both consumer and B2B lead generation objectives.
- Confident analysing performance metrics and presenting actionable insights.
- Up to date knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM and email best practices.
