We believe AI will become one of the biggest competitive advantages in performance marketing. We're looking for someone who already uses AI as part of their daily workflow—not because it's trendy, but because it helps them move faster and produce better work. Whether that's generating creative concepts, producing ad variations, editing videos, improving copy, analysing campaigns or automating repetitive tasks, you're constantly looking for ways AI can make a small team perform like a much larger one. Our goal is to build an AI-first acquisition engine that gets smarter every month.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on Meta Ads experience managing real budgets with measurable commercial results
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles
  • AI-native—you genuinely use AI every day to improve performance and efficiency
  • Curious, analytical and highly experimental—you love testing ideas and making decisions based on data

Bonus Points:

  • Google/YouTube ad experience
  • Health, wellness or subscription business experience
  • Experience using AI tools to improve paid acquisition performance
  • No-code, API or automation experience to help extend our AI-powered marketing systems

60,000–£80,000 base salary (depending on experience) ~1–2% equity—the opportunity to own a meaningful part of what we're building ~ The opportunity to build a best-in-class AI-powered performance marketing engine from the ground up.

Tell us about one paid acquisition result you're genuinely proud of, including the budget, CAC, ROAS (or other relevant metrics) and exactly what you personally owned.

Describe one example of how you've used AI to improve marketing performance, creative output or acquisition efficiency.

If you joined Get In Good Nick tomorrow, what would be the first things you'd investigate to improve our paid acquisition engine, and why?

We're looking for evidence of commercial thinking, hands-on execution and someone who can build one of the best performance marketing engines in the health industry.
