You will create the intelligence layer that helps Hive understand how a firm works, learn from human judgement and safely take on more over time. This is applied AI with a very real destination: better work, happening in the real world.
What you'll do
- Build the context, memory and evaluation systems behind Hive's agents.
- Turn messy operational data, documents and workflows into reliable, usable context.
- Create evaluation harnesses that prove a workflow is ready before it earns more autonomy.
- Choose and route models pragmatically, using the best model for the job while building the context layer Hive owns.
- Ship applied AI into live accounting, legal and advisory workflows every week.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience building production-grade machine-learning, data or LLM-powered systems.
- Strong experience with Python, data engineering, retrieval, LLM applications and evaluation.
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related quantitative field.
- Experience moving AI from prototype into dependable production software.
- You care about useful, reliable systems in customers' hands, not just impressive demos.
