We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Sales Adviser and Booking Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing sales leads and managing client bookings, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to final confirmation. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. A proven track record in sales or relationship management in the luxury industry is a must.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming booking requests via phone, email, and online platform.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding availability, pricing, and services.
- Process reservations and confirm bookings in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of all bookings and client interactions.
- Address any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the elaboration of marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with a high-end clientele, either in high-end customer service or in a top-tier corporate structure, is a must.
- Experience selling luxury experiences or products is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using booking software and Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in bookings and client information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
