Summary of Job Purpose

Worcestershire Cricket Foundationis seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Head of Fundraising &Partnerships to lead the development and delivery of a sustainable incomegeneration strategy.

The role will focus on securingand growing corporate partnerships, sponsorships, grants, donations, andcommunity support that enable the Foundation to deliver its mission of providingmore opportunities for all.

This is a key strategic position, responsible for building long-term relationships with businesses, trusts, foundations across Worcestershire and Dudley.

The successful candidate willplay a vital role in helping the Foundation expand its impact and reach morepeople through inclusive cricket and community programmes.

  • ·Develop andimplement a sustainable fundraising strategy aligned with the Foundation'sstrategic objectives.
  • ·Identify and secure new fundingopportunities from trusts, foundations, public sector, CSR partnerships andgrant-making organisations.
  • ·Build relationships with associated fundraising partners tobroaden the reach and impact of the work of the Foundation.
  • ·Secure bothrestricted and unrestricted income streams to support programme delivery andorganisational growth.
  • ·Exploreopportunities for community investment, donations and in-kind support.
  • ·Maximisefundraising through new and innovative methods including campaigns fordonations, charity of the year partnerships, legacy giving, major donors, employeevolunteering and payroll giving.
  • Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
  • ·Identify, research, and grow potential corporate and commercial partners.
  • ·Build, manage, and grow relationships with businesses, sponsors, funders, and donors.
  • ·Act as theprimary contact for corporate partners, ensuring partnership benefits aredelivered effectively.
